Internet down - router not verified

The internet is unreachable, but the app could not test your router because Local Network permission was not granted. With permission, the app can tell whether the fault is your router or your internet provider.

What to try

1. Grant Local Network access when prompted, then run the test again.
2. You can also enable it in Settings → WiFi Wise → Local Network.
3. Meanwhile: reboot your router and modem, which fixes most cases.
