No gateway / router address
Your device has an IP address but no default route - it does not know which router to send traffic through. This usually points to a DHCP or router configuration problem.
What to try
- Reconnect to the network so your device requests a fresh address.
- Reboot your router.
- If you set a manual/static IP, switch back to automatic (DHCP).
