Captive portal (login required)
You are connected to a network that is intercepting your traffic and redirecting it to a login or terms page - common on hotel, airport, cafe, and guest Wi-Fi. Until you complete that page, the internet stays blocked.
What to try
- Open your browser and try to load any website to trigger the login page.
- Accept the terms or sign in on the captive portal page.
- If no page appears, visit http://captive.apple.com directly.
